Winery Review: A departure from our traditional style, this sweeter Riesling is made with a slight spritz. It's delicate, with refreshing acidity, a delightful partner to many appetizers and entrees.
My Review:I thought this was a fantastic wine and would definitely have again. It was chilled, and had a mineral, wet rock smell to it, which was knew to me, but the taste was just great and crisp.
